HOW TO PREPARE PULAV?
Fry onion and garlic slices in a pressure cooker vessel with two spoons of ghee or vegetable oil. Add 250 g of washed raw rice to it, and fry for 3 -5 minutes. Again add 250 g of vegetables and 500ml. of water and 15g of HEM’S INSTANT PULAV MIX. Close the vessel and pressure cook for 15 minutes. Now Hem’s Pulav is ready to serve.
Serving suggestions: Serve Pulav with veg. salad or curd.
